Westermark Reward Month

Do you want to take part in a hunt for a chest x-ray that shows the Westermark sign? This hardly ever seen abnormality has resulted in a shortage of chest x-rays that are available for us to include in the Joslin Chest Atlas. With your aid, we can include this "phantom" sign into our apps and solve the mystery that surrounds this finding. It's more of a bounty hunt, rather than an actual competition. We don't want to cause any problem on possible laws about contests. In exchange for your effort, we will reward the selected participant with $50.

- Submitted entries must be quality radiographs. A standard of 640 pixels and uncompressed format would be better.
- Please submit original film (without copyright) and not grabbed in other sites
- Must clearly show Westermark Sign
- Bounty goes to the first to send in apt quality image. We shall have right to use any submitted film. But it is not a race of who submits first if it's not quality radiographs. We will award the first good entry at our discretion.
- Reward will be given thru bank check.
- Decisions are final.
- There will only be 1 (one) chosen bounty paid
- Deadline for submission is April 1, 2009
